Colour Picking by Simulation

Matthew Sarsby - 2015-03-16

Below is the simulation canvas. Hue is on the x-axis, Lightness is on the y-axis. On the right are the points drawn on a colour wheel.

All colours try to get away from all other colours, as well as black (top) and white (bottom).

Try changing the width and height of the canvas, different ratios will suppress/allow different modes

The Simulation is in 2D cylinderical space (6th order) with -velocity2 damping, distance-2 repulsion, and random based phase compensation.
